Customer Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Check input/process customers order (EDI/Manually)
  • Retrieve and process customers forecast
  • Expedite delivery from factory and reply to customers
  • Attend to customers' request of reschedule and cancellation
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing
  • Possess analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
